We are looking for a Telecaller Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with customers, explain products/services, and maintain good customer relations. Candidates with 2-3 years of telecalling or customer service experience are preferred, but freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound queries.
Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly.
Maintain customer database and update records after each interaction.
Follow up with potential leads to convert them into customers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries politely.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude on calls.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (preferred).
Freshers with strong communication skills are also eligible.
Good command of [English/Tamil/Hindi or local language - adjust as per need].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Positive attitude, patience, and confidence while talking to customers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
