We are looking for a

Telecaller (Staff)

to manage donor outreach, build supporter relations, and assist in fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective donors and stakeholders. Provide details about Atchayam Trust's work and programs. Maintain accurate records of calls and donor databases. Follow up on pledges, donations, and queries. Support fundraising and outreach campaigns.
Qualification

Good communication skills in

Tamil & English

(knowledge of other languages is an added advantage).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).

Prior telecalling/fundraising/customer service experience preferred.

Passion for social service and compassion for vulnerable communities.

Salary is not constraint for right candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
