Job Title:

Telecaller - Real Estate (Multilingual)

Coimbatore

Languages Required:

Malayalam, Hindi & English (mandatory)

Experience:

2-3 years in Real Estate / Property Sales / Customer Handling

Job Responsibilities:

Handle

telecalling and customer interactions

in Malayalam, Hindi, and English. Manage

customer relationship activities

- maintaining follow-ups, inquiries, and feedback. Perform

data entry

and maintain updated records of client interactions. Coordinate

transportation arrangements

, provide

route guidance

to customers visiting properties/projects. Assist both

customers and management

in day-to-day operational support. Be

sharp and proactive

- as minimal training will be provided. Support the

upcoming resort project launch at Anaikatti

by handling client calls and appointments.

Key Skills:

Strong

communication skills

in 3 languages (Malayalam, Hindi, English). Prior

experience in real estate telecalling

. Customer-centric approach with good relationship management. Ability to

multitask

between calls, data entry, and coordination work. Proactive and

quick learner

, capable of working with minimal supervision.
