Job Description

Lead Generation:

Making outbound calls to potential buyers or tenants to introduce property listings and generate new leads.

Information Provider:

Clearly explaining property details, amenities, pricing, and benefits to generate interest.

Client Engagement:

Answering client questions, addressing concerns, and building rapport to ensure customer satisfaction.

Appointment Scheduling:

Setting up property viewings and coordinating with the sales team to facilitate client visits.

CRM Management:

Updating and maintaining accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales data in a CRM system.

Sales Support:

Following up on existing leads and inquiries to nurture them into sales opportunities for the sales team.

Market Awareness:

Keeping up-to-date on current property listings and market trends to provide informed responses to clients.
Essential Skills

Communication:

Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.

Persuasion:

A confident and persuasive approach to drive sales conversions and handle customer objections.

Active Listening:

The ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

CRM & Computer Skills:

Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and basic computer skills for data management.

Sales Aptitude:

A strong aptitude for sales, including handling rejection professionally.

Organization:

Good time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
