Telecaller / Front Desk Executive (Lead Generation & Follow-up)

Salary Range:
?10,000 - ?12,000/month
Roles & Responsibilities:
Call incoming leads from online ads, walk-ins, and referrals.
Briefly explain services and schedule appointments with counsellors.
Maintain call records, follow-up logs, and update lead status in CRM.
Address basic queries over the phone and escalate potential clients to senior staff.
Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients and walk-in registrations.
Submit daily call reports and updates to the Branch Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Any Bachelor degree
6 months to 1 year
of telecalling or front office experience preferred.
Good communication in English, Tamil, and Hindi is a plus.
Basic computer skills, especially MS Excel.
