Job Description

Customer Interaction

- Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls to explain products/services, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.

Lead Generation & Conversion

- Identify potential customers, create leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.

Database Management

- Maintain and update customer records, call logs, and follow-up details in the CRM/system.

Sales Support

- Assist the sales team by scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, and ensuring smooth communication.

Target Achievement

- Work towards daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets set by the management.

Communication & Persuasion

- Build rapport with customers through clear, polite, and persuasive communication.

Feedback & Reporting

- Gather customer feedback, escalate issues to seniors when necessary, and prepare daily/weekly call reports.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
