Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to
follow up on warm leads
provided by the company
Understand customer requirements and explain product/service offerings clearly
Build rapport with potential clients and
convince them to take the next step
(demo, registration, appointment, purchase, etc.)
Update lead status in CRM or Excel sheets accurately
Handle basic queries and objections effectively
Share feedback and insights with the team to improve lead quality
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus
Basic computer knowledge
Pleasant and confident phone presence
