Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
Explain the features and benefits of real estate projects.
Schedule and confirm appointments for property site visits.
Maintain a follow-up tracker and ensure timely follow-up with potential leads.
Update CRM with customer interaction details regularly.
Address queries of customers regarding project details, pricing, and availability.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client interactions.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication in [English/Tamil].
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Good listening skills and patience.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools is a plus.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Prior experience in real estate or telesales is an added advantage.
