We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential and existing clients, provide them with information about our products/services and fix appointments for our service team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the database provided.
Explain the company's products/services clearly and confidently.
Generate interest and fix appointments with clients for meetings with the service team.
Maintain a record of calls, client details, and appointments fixed in excel.
Follow up with clients politely and professionally until the appointment is confirmed.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and appointment.
Handle client queries and provide accurate information.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: [10th/12th/Graduate - as per your requirement].
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred but not mandatory.
Good communication skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
