We are hiring a dedicated and energetic

Tamil-speaking Tele caller

to join our team at

Ambattur, Chennai

. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound customer inquiries, and promoting our services. If you are confident, a good communicator, and passionate about customer interaction, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services. Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner. Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions. Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with prospects. Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Work closely with the sales/support teams to ensure seamless customer service.

Requirements:

Must be fluent in

TAMIL

(speaking). Basic knowledge of

English

is preferred. Good communication, listening, and persuasion skills. Prior experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.). Positive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team.

Work Schedule:

Timings:

10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Working Days:

Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days

One weekly off on any weekday (Monday to Friday)
