Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments. Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Provide detailed product or service information to customers Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and feedback in the database. Update and manage leads in the CRM system.
