Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calls

: Initiate calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products or services. Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pitch appropriate solutions.

: Handle incoming calls from customers, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products or services.

Lead Generation

: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and conversation. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into sales.

Data Management

: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities in the CRM system. Regularly update contact lists and gather customer insights.
