Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services Clearly explain offerings and persuade clients effectively Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system Handle inquiries professionally and provide exceptional customer service Meet daily and monthly performance targets

Candidate Requirements

Excellent verbal communication in English and Tamil Minimum education: Bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of experience in Tele-calling, sales, or customer service Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools (training will be provided) Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset Ability to work both independently and within a team
