Telecaller
to join our admissions team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding prospective students, and helping convert leads into admissions for our Degree programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inquiries.
Explain our Degree programs, admission procedures, and campus facilities clearly and confidently.
Follow up with leads through calls, messages, or emails.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
Work with the admissions team to achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or customer service preferred. (Freshers can also apply.)
Basic computer knowledge - MS Office, emails, etc.
Positive attitude and goal-oriented approach.

Work Schedule:
6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Timing: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary:
?10,000 to ?15,000 per month + performance incentives
