Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product and service information.
Maintain daily call records, customer databases, and follow-up schedules.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing departments for order follow-ups.
Collect customer feedback and report to management.
Excellent communication skills .
Good telephone etiquette and listening skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Confidence in speaking with customers and handling objections.
Time management and multitasking ability.
Team player with a positive attitude.
