Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic

Telecaller Executive

to join our dynamic team at

Accountants Factory LLP

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, explaining our financial and virtual CFO services, and setting appointments for the business development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads. Explain company services clearly and convincingly. Maintain records of calls and client interactions in CRM software. Follow up on interested clients via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team. Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently. Achieve weekly/monthly targets related to lead generation and call volume.

Requirements:

Education:

Minimum Inter / Graduate in any stream.

Experience:

0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferred).

Language:

Fluency in English and Telugu ;

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication Good listening skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets Confident and persuasive phone manner CRM familiarity is an added advantage
