The Tele caller acts as the first point of contact for patients over the phone. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining hospital services, booking appointments, and following up with patients in a polite and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to patients for appointments, follow-ups, and service information
Handle inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries clearly
Explain hospital departments, doctors' availability, and treatment services
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
Maintain accurate call records and patient details
Follow up on missed appointments and feedback
Coordinate with front office, OPD, and medical departments
Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English preferred)
Pleasant voice and patient-friendly attitude
Basic computer knowledge (calling software / Excel)
Ability to handle patients politely and patiently
Qualifications:
Minimum: 10th / 12th / Any degree
Experience in hospital or clinic tele calling preferred (freshers can apply)
