Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients/leads provided by the company
Explain basic company services and understand client requirements
Arrange meetings and schedule calls for the sales/business development team
Take regular follow-ups with clients regarding meetings, call schedules, and confirmations
Ensure clients attend scheduled meetings and calls by timely reminders
Maintain and update call records, follow-up details, and meeting status
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication
Handle basic client queries in a professional manner
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (local language preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally
