Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and parents
Explain course details, fees, eligibility, and career benefits clearly
Understand student requirements and provide appropriate counseling
Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and enrollments in CRM or Excel
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets
Handle objections professionally and close admissions
Coordinate with the counseling and academic team when required
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional conduct
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
6 months to 2 years of experience
as a Telecaller / Education Counselor / Tele-Sales Executive
Experience in
Education, EdTech, Training Institute, or Coaching Center
preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills in
English and Hindi
(regional language is an advantage)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented

Number of calls connected per day
