Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls from the given database.
Explain job role, salary, and onboarding process.
Motivate drivers to join and schedule interviews/document collection.
Update daily call logs and hiring status.
Meet daily and monthly hiring targets.
Requirements
Good communication in Hindi/Marathi.
Strong convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Telecalling experience (preferred).

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
