What you will do | Job Responsibility

? Daily check OPD Schedule of all doctors

? Daily check for upcoming offers and TV interviews for 1 upcoming week.

? Look at POP first , top most priority will be POPups at any time .The lead should be catered within 60

mins.

? Dial at least 400 numbers daily and talk time should be more than 4 hrs.

Look for pending calls first and appointments set for Online Consultation or Direct visit to hospital .

? Once the patient is called and the call is connected, first collect all the data of the patient and update

it in BI , very important is Alternate phone number . Main data of patients that should get updated or

added is : date of birth (husband and wife) ,marriage date ,city , Alternate phone number ,Name ,

How did they get information of our hospital.

? If appointment is confirmed Then add patient's appointment in HMS, Give them for proper date and

time in the respective center.

? Then the backend telecaller will call patients 1 day before (10 am to 12pm ) and on the same day at

morning before 9am to 10 am , if the call is not connected , give at least 4 trials on different times and

with different phone numbers.

? Once an appointment is scheduled send the address details to the patient by What's app ,ask for

What's app number and if not send SMS. Send related video links to patients.

? Calls can be auto scheduled and for few calling status you are allowed to schedule them manually ,

but after taking patients confirmation on call.

? don't push patients directly for a visit to the center. Listen to their problem ,understand and try to

provide a solution to the patient's problem.

? After finishing every call of BI , we have to fill in the tele calling from There we have to add a few

fields Like : Calling Status ,Important Status,Notes, Patient Seems and Locality.
