A debt collection telecaller's responsibilities include:

PROCESS: SBI/RBL CREDIT CARD COLLECTIONS

(KANADA,TAMIL,TELUGU)

Contacting debtors

: Locate and contact individuals or businesses with overdue bills to request payment

Negotiating payment plans

: Work with debtors to create and implement payment plans

Handling customer inquiries

: Respond to customer questions, complaints, and inquiries

Maintaining records

: Keep detailed notes of collection efforts

Ensuring compliance

: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
