Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly.
Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve questions or concerns.
Coordinate with the sales team for conversions and appointments.
Requirements
High school diploma or graduation (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Fluent in Hindi/English or required regional languages.
Prior telecalling or sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
