Act as the first point of contact between the company and potential or existing customers. Promote products or services through outbound/inbound calls. Build customer relationships and generate leads for the sales team. Provide information, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities



Outbound/Inbound Calling

Make calls to prospective or existing customers. Respond promptly to incoming customer calls.

Lead Generation & Conversion

Identify customer needs and pitch relevant products or services. Generate qualified leads and pass them to the sales team.

Customer Interaction

Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

Data Management

Update customer information in CRM/records accurately. Maintain call logs and reports for tracking performance.

Target Achievement

Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Work towards maximizing revenue and business growth.

Communication & Feedback

Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign effectiveness.

Compliance

Follow company policies and telephone etiquette. Adhere to quality and script guidelines during calls.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
