Job Description

We are looking for a

Telecaller Executive

with excellent communication skills to handle inbound and outbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with customers, explaining services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Explain products/services and answer customer queries Maintain records of calls and customer interactions Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments Coordinate with the sales and support team for smooth communication Handle customer complaints professionally

Requirements:

Good verbal communication skills in Hindi & English Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools preferred) Pleasant voice and confident attitude Previous experience in telecalling/sales (preferred but not mandatory) Ability to handle targets and work under pressure

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
