Telecaller - Job Roles & Responsibilities (ONLY REAL ESTATE BACKGROUND)

Core Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain products/projects/services. Handle inbound queries and guide customers with clear and accurate information. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule site visits or appointments for the sales team. Maintain and update customer databases with call records, responses, and follow-ups. Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive, helpful communication tone. Follow call scripts, company guidelines, and compliance protocols. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversions assigned by the supervisor. Coordinate with the sales/pre-sales team for lead updates and closures. Collect feedback from customers and share insights for improvement.

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English, Bengali & Nepali). Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach. Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into quality leads. Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude. Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, email handling). Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (real estate). Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
