Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade the right customer experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to educate them about the product and solve their queries.
Convert potential leads into customers by answering incoming calls/dialing outbound leads on a rotating basis.
Should be able to work with a team and meet deadlines.
Must proficiently handle customers and identify their needs for service and support.
Use Dynamics Marketing to track customer interactions and data.
Utilize Salesforce Analytics to analyze sales data and report on goals and sales performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or a related field.
Ability to learn about products and services and deliver the same to potential customers.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications such as MS Office.
Knowledge of Dynamics Marketing, Salesforce Analytics, and cold calling techniques.
Must be able to handle customers' rejection and stress in conjunction with a fast-paced work environment.
