Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain IT & marketing services Identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions to generate business leads Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure successful conversions Handle customer objections professionally and persuasively Maintain call records and report daily progress to the team lead Conduct field visits when required to meet clients and close leads in person

Requirements:

Experience in telecalling, preferably in IT services or marketing solutions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle rejections and objections professionally Good listening skills and persuasive speaking abilities
