Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller and Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, generating leads, explaining product/service features, and converting prospects into customers through effective sales techniques.

Telecalling Duties

:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/database. Explain products or services clearly and convincingly over the phone. Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information. Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in CRM systems. Follow up with interested prospects to close sales or schedule meetings.

Sales Duties

:

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, inbound queries, and referrals. Convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Assist in promotional activities and marketing campaigns. Coordinate with the sales team and management for customer follow-up and after-sales support.

Requirements

:

Minimum 10+2 / Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred). Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales is an advantage.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
