This role requires a professional, results-oriented, and highly articulate individual who can manage a large volume of calls and maintain a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Initiate a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective clients from provided lists or through independent research to generate new business leads.
Client Communication:
Introduce and effectively articulate the value proposition of Siddhant Freight Forwarders' services (e.g., freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, etc.) to key decision-makers.
Lead Qualification:
Qualify leads by understanding the client's current logistics needs, pain points, and potential for partnership.
Appointment Setting:
Successfully secure and schedule high-quality appointments and meetings for the Business Development team.
Database Management:
Accurately record all call information, outcomes, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Follow-up:
Conduct consistent follow-up calls to nurture leads that are not yet ready to commit.
Reporting:
Provide daily and weekly reports on calling activities, lead status, and appointment success rate to the management.
