Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to contact potential and existing customers over the phone, explain products or services, generate leads, and support sales and customer service activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers Explain company products and services clearly Generate leads and schedule appointments Follow up with customers and maintain good relationships Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues Maintain call records and customer data accurately Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets Coordinate with the sales and marketing team
Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication skills in English and local language Basic computer knowledge Ability to persuade and negotiate Strong listening and problem-solving skills Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
