We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our digital marketing company. The role involves contacting potential leads, explaining our digital marketing services (SMM, SEO, website development, branding, etc.), nurturing the leads, and converting them into clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Calling
Call potential leads provided by the company.
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable digital marketing services.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Lead Conversion
Convince and convert warm & cold leads into paying customers.
Follow up regularly through calls/WhatsApp/emails.
Maintain strong relationships with prospects until closure.
Sales & Communication
Clearly explain service benefits like social media handling, website design, ads management, etc.
Share pricing, packages, and ongoing offers with customers.
Address customer doubts and objections confidently.
CRM & Reporting
Update lead details, daily call reports, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
Maintain call logs and conversion reports.
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead status.
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills (Tamil + Basic English).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle different types of customers.
Good knowledge of digital marketing basics (training provided if needed).
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Eligibility
Any degree / 12th pass can apply.
Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is a plus.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
