The Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups, EMI reminders, customer verification, and service support, while updating all call outcomes accurately in the system.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for EMI reminders, payment follow-ups, and service communication.
Handle inbound customer queries related to loans, repayments, and account status.
Share payment details/QR codes via WhatsApp or SMS when required.
Verify customer information and escalate fraud or discrepancy cases to the investigation team.
Update call remarks, commitments, and outcomes in the system after every call.
Maintain call quality, compliance, and professional conduct at all times.
Eligibility & Skills:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Prior telecalling or call-center experience preferred (freshers can apply).
Good communication skills in Hindi (regional language preferred).
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM/portal systems.
Ability to use/make updates on excel and google sheets
Working Hours:
Mon to Sat (930 am to 630 pm)
