The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining our services (such as website designing, digital marketing, events and social media management), handling customer queries, and collecting client requirements.
The role also includes maintaining proper call records, following up with potential clients, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Calling & Follow-ups:
Call prospective leads, explain OSM Digital's offerings, and answer queries.
Lead Nurturing:
Build relationships with potential buyers and provide personalized solutions.
Sales Conversion
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, friendly tone
Ability to build rapport with customers and handle basic objections
Basic computer knowledge, ability to maintain call logs and client records and CRM.
Good understanding of customer service and follow-up discipline
Proficiency in
Hindi
is required, basic English is a plus
Prior experience in telecalling/telesales is preferred but not mandatory
Ability to work
part-time
and manage tasks responsibly
