Generate leads through outbound calls and follow up with interested buyers.
Maintain client databases and record call details in CRM.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for customers.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months to 1 year of experience
in telecalling or real estate sales.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp communication).
Pleasant voice and customer-friendly approach.
Immediate joining preferred.
