Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain the company's products and services.
Handle customer queries with professionalism and clarity.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database regularly.
Follow up with customers for feedback, inquiries, and service updates.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Work closely with the sales and support teams to achieve company targets.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry ability.
Ability to handle calls confidently and politely.
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
