We are looking for a Tele caller with excellent communication skills to join our team. The primary role of the Tele caller is to interact with customers, explain them schemes, and provide them with information about our products and services.

Responsibilities:

1. Understanding our products and services.

2. Understanding our schemes of Project.

3. Communicating with the customers to explain our products and services.

4. Understanding customer requirements and providing appropriate solutions.

5. Follow ups with interested customers

6. Communication with the team member with the calling reports update

7. Providing feedback to the team on customer interactions and observations on our products and services.

Skills:

1. Excellent communication skills in English and local language.

2. Ability to handle customer queries and objections.

3. Basic computer literacy

4. Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
