Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Outreach
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
Conduct follow-ups on leads from marketing campaigns, emails, or website inquiries.
Schedule and confirm client meetings or demos.
Introduce company services, generate interest, and assist in booking appointments.
Engagement & Support
Understand client needs and clearly explain products/services.
Handle client queries and objections professionally.
Maintain a friendly, confident, and professional tone during all interactions.
CRM & Documentation
Log call details, notes, and interaction outcomes in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo).
Track leads through various stages of the sales funnel.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
Meeting Coordination
Confirm meetings, share agendas, and manage rescheduling requests.
Follow up with clients to ensure participation and gather feedback.
Collaboration & Reporting
Provide updates to the sales team on client interactions and outcomes.
Share insights from calls to improve communication and outreach strategies.
Contribute to team goals and maintain professionalism at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
Language:
Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and confidence (required).
Experience:
1-3 years in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or inside sales (preferred).
CRM Knowledge:
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo (preferred).
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building abilities.
Time Management:
Efficient in handling multiple calls and recording details accurately.
Professional Attitude:
Courteous, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
