. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about academic programs, and assisting in the student admission process. This role is ideal for
fresh graduates

up to 1 year of experience
who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about programs, courses, and admission procedures.
Handle inbound inquiries and respond to questions related to admissions, campus facilities, and other academic offerings.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the database.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to ensure timely communication.
Assist in the enrollment and counseling process under the guidance of the admissions team.
Provide courteous and professional support to callers at all times.
Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve student enrollment targets.
Share feedback and insights from prospective students to improve outreach strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation
in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience:
0 to 1 year
of experience in telecalling, counseling, or customer service roles.
Freshers
with strong communication and persuasive skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls professionally and efficiently.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
