Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and proactive
Tele Caller
to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information about hospital services, assist patients with appointment bookings, and maintain good communication with clients to ensure an excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients to promote hospital services and offers.
Attend incoming patient queries with politeness and professionalism.
Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and follow up with patients.
Maintain accurate call records and update patient databases.
Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments for smooth communication.
Handle patient feedback and escalate concerns when required.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification:
12th pass / Graduate (Any stream)
Good communication skills in
Hindi & English
(knowledge of Rajasthani will be an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM entry, etc.)
Polite, confident, and persuasive speaking manner.
Prior experience in
hospital or healthcare Telecalling
preferred but not mandatory.
