We are seeking a dynamic Tele Caller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives.
Duties
Develop and implement business development to achieve company goals
Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions
Cold calling, mail follow-ups
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts
Manage projects from inception to completion ensuring client satisfaction
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Strong understanding of project management principles
Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
