Job Description
A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers in order to promote products or services, generate leads, and drive sales growth. The role involves communicating product details, addressing customer queries, and understanding client requirements to provide appropriate solutions. Telecallers are expected to actively engage customers, overcome objections, and persuade them to consider company offerings while ensuring high standards of professionalism and telephone etiquette
