Key Responsibilities
Attend and manage customer calls routed through the IVR system in a professional and timely manner.
Understand customer queries and provide relevant information about products, services, and digital campaigns.
Record, update, and maintain customer interaction details in CRM/database.
Coordinate with sales, service, and marketing teams for lead forwarding and follow-up.
Ensure prompt resolution of complaints and escalate cases whenever required.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call handling, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualification
Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in customer handling / tele calling (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Hindi proficiency preferred).
Good listening skills with a customer-centric attitude.
Ability to multitask and work with digital tools/CRM systems.
