Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain products/services clearly and confidently over the phone. Handle inbound customer queries efficiently and professionally. Maintain accurate records of conversations and update the database. Follow up with leads to ensure conversions and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients.

; basic English knowledge is an added advantage. Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills. Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Strong listening skills and a polite, professional attitude.
