The role focuses on generating and nurturing leads through inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and contributing to business growth by effectively promoting our IT services.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce IT services, generate leads, and identify business opportunities.Handle inbound calls from interested clients, address their inquiries, and provide accurate information about our offerings.Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.Follow up with leads to drive conversions and ensure a seamless client journey.Achieve daily and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine calling scripts and outreach strategies.Stay updated on the latest IT solutions and offerings to communicate confidently and informatively.Report customer feedback, concerns, and suggestions to management for continuous service improvement.RequirementsPassed 10th or 12th grade (higher education preferred but not mandatory).Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.Eager to learn, self-motivated, and comfortable making numerous calls daily.Basic computer skills--comfortable using CRMs, MS Office, and calling systems.Professional demeanor, patience, and strong listening skills.Ability to work independently and follow direction.How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit their resume on hrsrishti0005@gmail.com or 7073588063
