We are looking for a dynamic and fluent English-speaking
International Telecaller
to join our growing team. As a part of our international voice process, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, resolving customer queries, and maintaining excellent customer relationships with clients across global markets (US/UK/Australia).
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to international clients/customers
Explain products or services and address customer inquiries
Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout calls
Update and manage CRM or database with call details
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volumes and conversions
Follow communication scripts and standard procedures
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Prior experience in an international BPO/telecalling role is a plus
Ability to handle pressure and meet sales or call targets
Good listening skills and customer-focused attitude
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred
Fresher or 6 months+ experience in an international voice process
