Key Responsibilities of a Tele caller:

Outbound Calling:

Making a high volume of calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

Inbound Handling:

Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products or services.

Sales Generation:

Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.

Information Gathering:

Collecting customer information and feedback.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and call logs.

Meeting Targets:

Product Knowledge:
