Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, pitch products/services, or conduct surveys. Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing customer queries, complaints, and service requests. Follow up on leads, previous calls, or inquiries to close sales or gather required information. Maintain a clear understanding of the company's offerings to effectively communicate benefits and answer objections. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions. Update customer records and call logs accurately in CRM or call management software. Maintain and organize call records, feedback, and status reports.

Required Skills & Experience



Proven experience as a telecaller in both outbound and inbound calling environments. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi Strong listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently.
