Experience range

1-3 years' experience in telecalling

Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand Acquiring and retaining contact information databases Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate staff of the Sales Team for further action Contacting potential customers or existing customers to provide information about a product or service

Specification:

This position is strategic and therefore requires matured communication skills, verbal, oral and presentation platforms.

Ability to keep matter confidential is critical and the incumbent must have a good command on the subject.

High degree of creativity to think innovatively and deal with ambiguity and effectively prioritize business needs.

Extensive reading and research skills will come handy to be able to influence peers and superiors with professionalism.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
