TeleCaller Require for Renowned IT Company



Key Role & Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Explain products/services and generate interest.

Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Work towards daily and monthly call and conversion targets.


Candidate Requirements:



Minimum qualification: 12th pass.

1 to 5 years of experience in Telecalling or customer service.

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
